“How to Thrive (survive) During the Holiday Season”
Tis the season to be jolly, yet for many, it can be challenging.
Language skills based on Spiritual Qualities (Virtues) will help us to experience a greater expression of; Forgiveness, Peace, Enthusiasm, Joy and more. By deepening our understanding of L.O.V.E. with creative exercises we shall learn practical tools for;
- Healing through forgiveness
- Self empowerment through meditation
- Powerful, Positive Communication skills that are easy
- How to become a good listener and spiritual companion for others
- Creating healthy boundaries in support of love for self and others
“Clay Play”
An interactive workshop with clay and guided meditations allowing for the internalization of Spiritual Principles and the revealing of Authentic Self.
“Creative Play at Work”
A Sacred Circle of participants embark on a 12 week spiritual journey in support of each other. We explore and play with tools and exercises as we deepen our understanding of the creative process and awaken to a greater expression of Joy at home and work.
“The Path to Prosperity”
An understanding of the Spiritual Principles of Abundance, Health, and Prosperity. Methods of achieving and expressing more of it in our daily lives are taught and put into practice. Weekly, we witness each other's manifestations of "increase".
